With NI Parcels, you get full online tracking from collection to delivery, so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.
Once your parcel is collected and the courier scans the shipping label, you’ll be able to start tracking its journey to its destination. This allows you to monitor its progress in real-time and see exactly when it’s delivered.

If your parcel doesn’t start tracking straight away, don’t worry — it can take a little time for the system to update. Tracking will begin shortly after the courier scans your parcel’s label.
To check your tracking, just enter your order number (it’ll start with ‘NIP’) into the tracking tool. You’ll find this number in the My Orders section of our website or in your email confirmation.
