How To Contact The Couriers
If you have an issue with your collection or delivery, you may wish to contact the courier directly.
Issues may include: to get a more specific collection or delivery time, to inform the driver to deliver your item to a neighbour.
We recommend only contacting the courier if you have placed a booking and received a tracking number.
NI Parcels uses a variety of top couriers. During the booking process you will select the courier service which you would like to book. If you do not remember which courier you have used, simply log in to the ‘My Orders’ section of our website where you will find more details.
If your item has been collected you can find this information by clicking the ‘track’ button. If you’re still not sure, feel free to call us and we’ll be more than happy to help.
