So no matter where your parcel is going, we can offer you ease and convenience. No need to drop your parcel at a depot or collection point – the driver will come straight to your front door!
Door To Door Service For Businesses
This same door-to-door parcel delivery service is offered to all businesses too.
The driver will collect and deliver your parcels at your building’s reception area. Or if you have a special postal location at your workplace, simply specify this in your address details when booking.
Our collection and delivery times are from 9am to 6pm to suit working office hours. You will see your expected collection/delivery date and time when booking.
Full Online Parcel Tracking
NI Parcels provides a useful and efficient online parcel tracking tool, which means you can follow your item as it’s in transit and see when it will be delivered to you.
Missed Collections/Deliveries
Someone will need to be present at the address to accept delivery or hand over the collection. If you miss your collection, please contact us as soon as possible to rearrange another attempt. And if you miss your delivery, the driver will make another two attempts, or you can arrange to collect your parcel from the local depot of that’s easier.
Cheap Door to Door Courier Services
This door to door service is included in our great low price when you get a quote. There are no added extras with NI Parcels. The amount you are quoted is exactly what you pay. However, you can choose to add extra compensation cover if you wish.
Booking with NI Parcels is up to 80% cheaper than booking directly with the courier.
