Customs
When sending a parcel to China, you will be required to complete customs forms. We will provide you with these once you have made your booking. They will be located in the ‘My Orders’ section of the website (top right corner) after logging in.
Customers are responsible for completing their own customs documents, but if you have any questions at all, please do get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
Compensation Cover and Prohibited Items
No matter where you’re sending your parcel, NI Parcels offers £50 free compensation cover on all shipments. If you would like to increase the amount of cover, you can do so during the booking process for a small additional fee.
